Qualifications

• Good computer skills required.
• Knowledge of inventory control is preferred.
• PTCB certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly, fast and efficient service at the register and assist customers with products and services.
• Assist the pharmacist under direct supervision in dispensing medications and using pharmacy systems.
• Engage customers, greet them, and resolve questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain displays, inventory, and store presentation; assist with pharmacy workflow and accuracy.
• Handle phone inquiries not requiring pharmacist attention and support pharmacy operations.
