Job summary

Machinify is seeking an attorney to support the Coordination of Benefits (COB) Pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to mitigate risk, provide legal training, and handle disputes. The role requires a JD, Kentucky license, and 3–5 years in healthcare or insurance law, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• JD with Kentucky license; strong regulatory knowledge.
• 3–5 years in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or insurance law.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to communicate across org levels.

Responsibilities

• Identify legal issues impacting Pharmacy Operations and advise leaders.
• Provide timely legal review for Pharmacy Operations team and coordinate with external parties.
• Monitor CMS, state departments, and other regulators for applicable laws.
• Mitigate exposure and develop strategies for pharmacy operations.
