Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Pharmacy Collections Specialist to manage pharmacy accounts receivable collections, resolve billing issues, and maintain patient records. The role requires strong customer service, organizational, mathematical, and communication skills within a fast-paced revenue-cycle environment.

The position reports to the Pharmacy Billing Manager, offers hybrid work (2 days WFH / 3 in-office at Addison, TX), and a starting hourly rate with bonus opportunities.

Formación

• 3–5 years of collections experience in a pharmacy, physician's office, medical billing department, hospital, insurance organization, or healthcare business office required.
• Experience with pharmacy billing, physician billing, medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare accounts receivable strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct collection calls and correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department.
• Ensure accurate responsible party information is entered and maintained in pharmacy patient accounting systems.
• Monitor and maintain assigned accounts receivable balances, including collection calls, account adjustments, and refund requests.
