OpenLoop is seeking a Pharmacy Engineer to own end-to-end integrations with pharmacies, e-prescribing platforms, and EHRs. You will ensure timely, compliant medication delivery by maintaining reliable workflows and onboarding new pharmacy partners.
You will work across pharmacy POS, software, and hardware, map data, and test go-lives while tracking SLAs and resolving integration issues. A strong focus on compliance and patient safety guides all activities.
OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states.
Every prescription written on OpenLoop's platform has to reach the right pharmacy, get filled and get to the patient quickly and compliantly. Behind that is a web of e-prescribing platforms, EHR and clinical apps, and partner, mail-order and compounding pharmacies.
We're hiring a Pharmacy Engineer to own those integrations end to end. You'll become the expert on every pharmacy's software stack, make sure no prescription gets stuck, keep our workflows compliant, and onboard new pharmacy partners as we grow.
You know pharmacy systems from the inside: how a prescription actually moves, where it breaks, and what the regulations require. You like owning a workflow end to end, you're comfortable reading API docs and debugging integrations, and you care that the result is a patient getting their medication on time.
In addition, for salaried positions you would also be eligible for:
We have a relatively flat organizational structure here at OpenLoop. Everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table and make things happen. This fits in well with our core values of Autonomy, Competence and Belonging, as we want everyone to feel empowered and supported to do their best work.
