Job summary

HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's is seeking a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist to participate and lead pharmacy clinical and operational programs. You will monitor patient regimens, mentor staff and students, and help evaluate and implement programs.

The role requires licensure as a Colorado Pharmacist, BLS/ACLS within 2 months, and education aligned with a PharmD preference. Collaboration in rounds and quality initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Current licensure by the Colorado Board of Pharmacy as a registered Pharmacist.
• BLS and ACLS required within first 2 months of employment.
• Education: B.S. required; Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret orders and verify them into the pharmacy system.
• Accurately compound and dispense pharmaceuticals.
• Monitor drug therapy for interactions, allergies and dosing.
• Provide clinical consultation and cost-effective alternatives.
• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff and students; participate in programs.
