Concierge Rx Inc in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to join our team. This fast-paced role blends exceptional customer service with precise pharmaceutical support.

You will assist pharmacists with prescription intake, data entry, and order processing, greet customers at the counter, handle refills, organize inventory, and support insurance verification. High school diploma and PIONEER RX experience are required.

Competenze

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience with PIONEER RX is a must.
Prior experience in pharmacy/retail/healthcare preferred.
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

Assist pharmacists with prescription intake, data entry, and order processing
Greet and assist customers at the counter, providing friendly and professional service
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay prescription refill requests
Organize and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves and managing supply levels
Process prescription pickups, verify patient information, and handle point-of-sale transactions
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
Support insurance verification and billing processes as needed
