Qualifications

• Experience with PIONEER RX is a must.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy, retail, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

• Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay prescription refill requests.
• Organize and maintain pharmacy inventory, including stocking shelves and managing supply levels.
• Process prescription pickups, verify patient information, and handle point-of-sale transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace.
• Support insurance verification and billing processes as needed.
