Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers at the pharmacy counter with professionalism and care
• Process and manage prescription drop-offs and pick-ups accurately
• Handle cash register transactions, including cash, credit, and insurance co-pays
• Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory and stock shelves as needed
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the pharmacist when appropriate
• Assist with data entry of patient information and prescription records
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies, HIPAA regulations, and safety standards
