Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Experience team member to greet customers, assist with products, and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service using assigned cash registers and store systems.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, maintain clean, merchandised shelves, support pharmacy operations, and help drive signature Walgreens service traits while working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsabilités

• Registers customer purchases, processes payments, and handles returns or exchanges.
• Recommends items and assists customers to locate products.
• Maintains counters and shelves and supports merchandising and displays.
• Operates pharmacy systems to obtain patient prescription status and reports errors.
• Handles store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies.
