Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure

Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous comparable experience or pharmacy technician experience
  • Support of health and wellness initiatives
  • Adherence to HIPAA and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications per state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services as permitted
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all regulations, reporting illegal activities
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
