Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure
Preferred Qualifications and Responsibilities
  • Previous comparable experience or pharmacy technician certification
  • Support company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understand and follow HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurately complete reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps
  • Support training of clerks and technicians
  • Compound medications per state regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
  • Deliver additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all regulations, reporting illegal activities as required
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
