Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure as per state law

Desired qualifications:

• Relevant experience or comparable background
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role
• Support health and wellness initiatives
• Adherence to HIPAA and company policies
• Maintain current licensure or certification as required
• Assist pharmacists with responsibilities excluding professional judgment
• Deliver excellent customer service and accurately process prescriptions and related tasks
• Support ongoing training of staff
• Compound medications following regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to ensure accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and tools
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
• Follow sanitation, safety, and health regulations; report unsafe conditions and illegal activities
