Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Relevant previous experience or equivalent training, such as pharmacy technician experience.
  • Support for health and wellness initiatives.
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required.
  • Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks.
  • Support training of clerks and technicians.
  • Compound medications per regulations.
  • Perform post-fill audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms.
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
  • Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety regulations, reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and report illegal activities.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
