Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state law.
• Assist the pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment.
• Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing processes.
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians.
• Compound medications according to regulations.
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy.
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources.
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law.
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations and report unsafe conditions.
• Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Current registration, certification, or licensure.

Desired

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Equivalent experience as a pharmacy technician.
