Minimum requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle highly confidential information
• Completion of national registration, certification, or licensure

Desired qualifications:

• Any previous comparable experience or pharmacy technician experience
• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current national and/or state registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Provide stellar customer service while accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing steps
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications according to regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health and wellness services using various platforms and resources
• Complete CLIA-waived screenings in compliance with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services as permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations, identify unsafe conditions, and report violations
• Report illegal activities such as theft or fraud
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
