Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Completion of relevant registration, certification, or licensure as required by law

Desired qualifications:

  • Previous relevant experience or comparable training
  • Support for company health and wellness initiatives
  • Understanding and adherence to HIPAA regulations and company policies
  • Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by law
  • Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
  • Provide excellent customer service while accurately completing all dispensing steps
  • Support training of staff
  • Compound medications according to regulations
  • Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
  • Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
  • Conduct CLIA-waived screenings as permitted by law
  • Provide additional health and wellness services within legal scope
  • Follow sanitation and safety regulations, report unsafe conditions
  • Comply with all relevant laws and report illegal activities
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
