Minimum qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Completion of required registration, certification, or licensure as per state laws

Preferred qualifications:

• Relevant prior experience
• Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role
• Support for company health and wellness initiatives
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and adherence to company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities except those requiring professional judgment
• Deliver excellent customer service, accurately completing reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing tasks
• Support coaching and training of staff
• Prepare medications following state and regulatory guidelines
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms and resources
• Conduct CLIA-waived health screenings in compliance with laws and policies
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols, reporting unsafe conditions
• Comply with all applicable regulations, reporting illegal activities as required
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
