40hrs/wk. Day Shift. Per Department needs.
Summary:
Responsible for overseeing the operation of all workstations and the narcotics CII safe. Directs the filling, emptying, and configuring of the dispensing units and also runs reports and monitors narcotic use. Completes data backup for the system and is the main narcotics operations technician for the director. Trains all technicians and pharmacists on the operations of the CII safe, Pyxis workstations and Pyxis PC.
Supports the Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Hospital
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
National Pharmacy Technician Certification (Pharmacy students actively enrolled in an accredited pharmacy school are exempt. Successful completion of foreign pharmacy graduate examination will be considered equivalent.)
Registration with the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Board of Pharmacy

Pay Range: 25.17 - 35.23 USD Hourly
Pay is based on experience, skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
