Job Description

Provide exceptional customer service to help people live healthier lives by treating our customers/employees fairly and ethically, maintaining a safe, clean, inclusive environment, and being a responsible community member. Provide direct patient intervention through health and wellness services consistent with state and federal laws. Responsibilities

• Support company health and wellness initiatives
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies
• Maintain current registration, certification, or license as required by state
• Assist pharmacists in responsibilities excluding professional judgment tasks
• Ensure a stellar customer experience through accurate reception, data entry, adjudication, and dispensing
• Support coaching and training of clerks and technicians
• Compound medications per regulations
• Perform post-fill audits to verify prescription accuracy
• Support non-dispensing health services using various platforms
• Conduct CLIA-waived screenings as per law and policy
• Provide additional health and wellness services permitted by law
• Follow sanitation and safety regulations; report unsafe conditions
• Comply with all relevant regulations and report illegal activities
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations

Qualifications

Minimum

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Current national or state registration/certification/license

• Previous pharmacy technician experience or similar
