You will manage stock, schedules, and staff, maintain records for controlled substances, use accuracy tools, and uphold company policies. A PharmD with state licensure and strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Effective oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accurate dispensing.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure compliance with laws including HIPAA.
• Maintain professional image and adhere to dress standards.
• Know trade area and competition; maintain store image.
• Monitor stock, inventories, pricing, budgets, and recalls.
• Manage records for scheduled drugs and security.
• Follow procedures for pharmacare products and use accuracy tools.
• Maintain proper signage, records, and equipment upkeep.
