Qualifications

Experience dispensing medications with knowledge of state and federal laws.
Leadership behaviors rating (internal candidates) and no recent disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions, and privacy considerations.
Perform pharmacy tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews and verification.
Accurately dispense prescribed medications and ensure regulatory compliance.
Oversee pharmacy operations, scheduling, and workflow for efficiency.
Lead staff performance, training, and formal performance reviews.
Engage with the community and healthcare providers to promote pharmacy services.
