Qualifications

  • PTCB or ExCPT certification required prior to joining.
  • Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or willingness to obtain and have it approved prior to start date.
  • Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software.
  • Competent in basic pharmacy calculations.

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Pharmacy Care Coordinator who will be responsible for managing the data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions, handling provider and physician communications, accepting inbound provider calls, and resolving open issues by collaborating with various departments.

Qualifications
  • PTCB or NHA (ExCPT) certification required prior to joining
  • Must hold an active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to the start date
  • Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
  • Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
  • Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
