Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Six months of experience in a retail environment is preferred; PTCB certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with product selection, and provide courteous checkout service.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision in processing prescriptions and obtaining patient information.
• Maintain store cleanliness, shelves, and merchandising to support a positive shopping experience.
• Support pharmacy operations, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
