You will optimize stock levels, coordinate with wholesalers and manufacturers, and ensure 340B pricing, recalls handling, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with GPO contracts and inventory systems is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ experience as pharmacy technician.
• Indiana Pharmacy Technician License or the ability to obtain.
• PTCB license must be obtained within 5 years of accepting position.

Aufgaben

• Orders medications and supplies based on price, availability, quality, contract adherence, and delivery requirements.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels in accordance with GPO contracts and service-level targets.
• Receives drug and non-drug supply shipments; verifies quantities and pricing.
• Maintains purchasing and inventory records for audit readiness using specified systems.
• Handles recalls and dosage form changes; coordinates with leadership on shortages and substitutions.
• Coordinates on formulary changes, new NDCs, and vendor/contract changes affecting 340B eligibility.
• Generates and reviews purchasing, inventory, and financial reports for leadership.
