Custom Health Inc. is seeking a Materials Management Technician for Young at Heart Pharmacy. You will monitor inventory, ensure appropriate stock levels, and work with multiple vendors to optimize procurement in a fast-paced health‑tech environment.

Ideal candidates have Indiana pharmacy technician credentials or interim permits and prior pharmacy experience. The role offers daytime hours Mon–Fri with PTO, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health plans.

Formación

• Active Indiana pharmacy technician license preferred.
• Tech-In-Training pharmacy technician permit must be applied for before Day 1.
• Previous pharmacy experience highly valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory levels using reorder points.
• Ensure daily on-hand quantities in a just-in-time environment.
• Recommend replenishment strategies to cut costs.
• Adhere to purchasing guidelines with multiple vendors.
• Place daily inventory orders by vendor timeline, via Surecost or other channels.
• Receive inventory daily and verify medications while ensuring DSCSA compliance.
• Store received medications in correct locations within the pharmacy.
• Respond to procurement status inquiries from staff and patients.
• Manage market recalls and related paperwork daily.
• Collaborate with pharmacists on substitutions or alternate procurement.
• Maintain clear communication with employees, vendors, caregivers, and wholesalers by phone, fax, and email.
• Occasionally assist with operational fulfillment and cross-functional priorities.
