We’re looking for a Pharmacy Benefits Consultant to join our growing Pharmacy Consulting Practice and help clients navigate the ever-evolving pharmacy benefits landscape.

In this high-impact role, you’ll work alongside our Director of Pharmacy, leveraging your expertise to help clients design, implement, and manage pharmacy benefit strategies that are cost-effective, clinically sound, and future-ready.

What You’ll Do:

1. Serve as a strategic advisor to clients on pharmacy benefits design, utilization, PBM performance, and emerging trends
2. Lead quarterly performance reviews, renewals, and ongoing pharmacy strategy discussions
3. Deliver insights through detailed data analysis and reporting, identifying areas for optimization and cost containment
4. Support RFP processes, PBM implementations, and contract negotiations
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including consultants, data analysts, and health strategists, to build integrated health and welfare strategies
6. Present solutions and strategies to both clients and prospects, supporting sales and client retention
7. All other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field
2. 5+ years of pharmacy benefits consulting or experience within a provider organization
3. Expertise in PBM operations, plan design, industry compliance, and clinical cost-containment strategies
4. Strong client relationship management and communication skills
5. Data-driven decision making and strategic problem-solving
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Epic or Applied Systems a plus)
7. A proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit
