Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Medication Assistance Liaison to support patient access to medications, enrollment in free drug programs, copay assistance, and prior authorizations. The role coordinates care, researches patient eligibility, and works with pharmaceutical manufacturers and vendors for ongoing customer service.

The position requires a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician, active state registration, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Certification as Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) and state registration.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between patients, organization and manufacturers for medication assistance.
• Focus on free drug enrollments, copay assistance and prior authorizations.
• Coordinate care to complete assigned activities and research eligibility for programs.
• Analyze reports to assess patient eligibility and collaborate with vendors and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
