Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of risk assessment and process change impact.
• 3+ years of project management with multi-tasking.
• 3+ years of preventive maintenance on automated equipment and PM processes.
• 3+ years of troubleshooting and maintaining PLC-controlled automation equipment.
• 3+ years of mechanical and pneumatic repairs in automation environments.
• 3+ years of reading electrical schematics and voltmeters (24V-480V).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and maintenance for automation robotics, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems in a large volume pharmaceutical dispensing facility.
• Conduct routine machine inspections and troubleshoot electro-mechanical control systems and PLCs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and communicate needs for major repairs or equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; participate in training to stay updated on new technologies.
