This full-time, 40-hour per week role includes completing required training and meeting state licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet state board requirements and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and assist patients and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team.
• Perform math calculations for prescriptions.
• Identify and resolve patient or staff concerns using appropriate actions.
• Meet physical demands of lifting and moving items.
