Job summary

ARxIUM INC. is seeking a hands-on Technician to join our Chicago-based operations team, supporting our full portfolio of pharmacy automation solutions.

You will contribute to quality, reliability, and performance across the lifecycle—from assembly and testing to refurbishment, installation, and field service. This role calls for strong mechanical and electrical skills, a proven ability to troubleshoot, and a willingness to travel for installations and service activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related technical experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, automation, or field service is a plus.
• Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Technology preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electro‑mechanical components per drawings and specs.
• Test, validate, and release new machines for deployment readiness.
• Refurbish machines and sub‑assemblies to meet quality standards.
• Stage and prepare equipment for installation and deployment.
• Develop and maintain QC, staging, and refurbishment procedures.
