Job summary
Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Project Manager to lead Pharmacy Automation projects across North America. You will manage scope, schedule and budget for 6–15 concurrent projects with multi-million-dollar totals, coordinating a cross-functional team including Training/Implementation, Hardware Installation, and Software System Engineering.
Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree and 4+ years in project management, including budgeting and ERP software, plus experience in pharmacy/medication
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree required.
- 4+ years of project management experience including budgeting and ERP software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and MS Project.
- Experience in Pharmacy/medication management tech projects.
- IT/medical project management experience preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service mindset.
- Desirable PMP or equivalent certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage scope, schedule and budget for multiple projects.
- Coordinate project team activities and procurement of hardware/software.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Serve as primary contact for project issues and resolutions.
- Ensure successful implementation of Pharmacy Automation solutions.
