Job summary

Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington, DC is seeking a Pharmacy Automation Coordinator I to assist in maintenance and basic operation of pharmacy automation and related systems. You will support day-to-day automation functions and work with pharmacy staff to address routine technical issues.

You will participate in system data collection, training, and provide input for system improvements under supervision of senior staff. This is a full-time day shift position.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in pharmacy automation systems.
  • PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
  • PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required
