Right Dose Pharmacy in Ankeny, IA, part of the Guardian family, seeks a detail-oriented team member to assist in filling medication orders and supporting daily pharmacy operations. You will prioritize prescriptions, manage delivery routes, and ensure accurate totes and manifests for timely deliveries.

The role requires strong computer skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.

• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.

Mansioni

• Assist in filling medication orders within home-preferenced packaging.
• Prioritize work to ensure prescriptions are filled per delivery schedule.
• Pull labels at regular intervals to keep workflow moving.
• Sort and scan all orders to the correct tote.
• Monitor the delivery dashboard to ensure all prescriptions due on the next run have been scanned.
• Perform checks on each tote to ensure manifests reflect contents.
• Return medications to shelf regularly.
• Assist in quarterly physical inventory process.
• Communicate issues with Pharmacy Ops Director when needed.
• Serve as back-up fill tech or cycle stager as needed.
• Prepare and place delivery manifests and drug monographs in totes.
• Maintain clean, organized scanning area and supplies.
• Arrange delivery totes according to routes.
