You will work with our tech-enabled systems to ensure accuracy and timely dispensing, while communicating with customers by phone with courtesy and care.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy technician license/certification/registration per state.
• National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years related experience; advanced computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, team environment.

Aufgaben

• Enter and refill prescriptions into the pharmacy system accurately.
• Triage incoming fax prescriptions for timely dispensing.
• Ensure proper notes and cycle fill coding in the system.
• Calculate and verify correct dosages based on prescriptions.
• Respond to customer calls with courtesy and route as needed.
• Support filing, packaging, inventory and order processing as needed.
• Maintain documentation for cycle medication orders and renewals.
