Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Pharmacy Business & Analytics Coordinator to monitor 340B program revenue and price integrity, coordinate with Willow and revenue-cycle teams, and support ERP/EHR applications. The role emphasizes compliance, data-driven decision making, and operational efficiency across 340B, GPO, and contract pharmacy activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
3 years of experience.
340B ACE Certification within six months of hire.
New York State Pharmacist License required.

Responsibilities

Maintain pharmacy acquisition, WAC and 340B costs and assist in charge configuration reviews with revenue cycle and Willow teams.
Investigate and resolve 340B, GPO, and WAC pricing discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards for 340B Program.
Monitors for potential drug supply chain issues, wastage and shrinkage, revenue integrity, billing, and mismatches between clinical and financial charge databases.
Utilizes the TPA to identify and optimize revenue opportunities by executing orders for Penny Buys (340B).
Performs billing QA before and after price uploads, as well as when new medications are approved by the P&T Committee.
Assists and supports pharmacy drug file maintenance.
Supports related pharmacy applications including system upgrades and maintenance.
Prepares system generated reports to support pharmacy operations and is available for system troubleshooting.
Supports auditing and training activities.
