JOB SUMMARY
Work with Pharmacy Markets business owners, stakeholders and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize activities, monitor progress, and communicate with customers. Responsibilities may include:

• Research and lead projects to meet business goals, analyze data for trends and improvements.
• Develop new pharmacy products, evaluate feasibility, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Partner with business units to adhere to policies and monitor industry and legislative changes.
• Support functional areas with analysis and consultation.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and specifications for new or existing applications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement designs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, develop processes, and monitor performance indicators.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and improve practices.
• Collaborate across teams, manage projects, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop solutions to meet goals, promote continuous improvement, and communicate effectively.
• Research market offerings, focus on member experience, and ensure product viability.

Education :

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience :

• Required: Healthcare and Project Management experience
• Preferred: Project Management certification

Skills :

Pay Range: $57,700 - $107,800, based on qualifications and experience.
