Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit, Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities include managing projects, developing new services, ensuring compliance, providing analytics support, translating business needs into requirements, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product/program designs, develop standardized processes, and measure performance for continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and develop solutions to problems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects, including escalated issues.
• Develop pharmacy benefit solutions aligned with business goals and promote performance excellence.
• Communicate with all organizational levels and articulate problems and solutions.
• Research competitive pharmacy benefits and ensure market positioning.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required: Healthcare and Project Management experience
