Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities to deliver results, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities include project management, research, developing new services, ensuring compliance, providing analytic support, translating business needs into technical requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product/program designs, develop standardized processes, and ensure quality, financial, and regulatory standards are met.
• Analyze data and business processes to support program oversight and improvements.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium projects.
• Resolve escalated or complex issues.
• Develop pharmacy benefit solutions aligned with business goals.
• Communicate effectively across organization levels and with stakeholders.
• Research competitive offerings and ensure market positioning.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required: Healthcare experience, Project Management experience
