Job Summary

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit’s owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities, monitor progress, and communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage projects, analyze data for process improvements.
• Develop new pharmacy services or programs, perform research, and evaluate feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor legislative changes.
• Provide analytic support, develop predictive models, and translate insights into strategies.
• Collaborate to define business needs, develop requirements, and support applications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Implement product designs, ensure quality, and develop standardized processes.
• Analyze data and processes, support program oversight, and improve practices.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams, manage projects, and resolve complex issues.
• Develop solutions, communicate effectively, and research market offerings.

Education

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience
