Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit to achieve growth objectives by organizing activities, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Responsible for research, project management, compliance, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Manage projects, analyze data for trends and opportunities, and lead initiatives to meet business goals.
  • Develop new pharmacy services or programs through research and feasibility analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and monitor regulatory changes.
  • Provide analytic support, develop predictive models, and collaborate on business strategies.
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements and specifications for applications and process changes.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement product designs, develop standardized processes, and measure performance for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze business processes, support program oversight, and make decisions to improve practices.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium projects.
  • Resolve escalated issues and develop pharmacy benefit solutions.
  • Communicate effectively across organizational levels and articulate problems and solutions.
  • Research competitive offerings and focus on member experience and product viability.
Education:
  • Required: High school diploma / GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
  • Required: Healthcare experience, Project Management experience
  • Preferred: Additional Project Management experience
Skills:
  • Proficiency with MS Office, presentation skills, critical thinking, pattern recognition, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
Other Details:
  • Travel: 0-25%
  • Position: Office-based, includes teaching/training, occasional travel, physical demands described.
