JOB SUMMARY
Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit, Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of results. Monitor progress, evaluate activities, and perform corrective actions as needed. Communicate regularly with customers regarding issues or concerns. Responsible for:

• Research projects, lead and manage projects of all sizes, analyze data for trends and process improvements.
• Develop new Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP services or programs, conduct research, and evaluate feasibility.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, and monitor regulatory changes.
• Provide analytic support, develop predictive models, and collaborate to translate insights into strategies.
• Understand business needs, define requirements, and develop specifications for applications or changes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement product designs, ensure quality, financial, and regulatory standards are met. Develop processes and measurement methods for continuous improvement.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and improve practices.
• Collaborate with teams and manage small to medium projects. Resolve escalated issues.
• Develop solutions to meet goals, conduct problem-solving sessions, and promote performance excellence.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels, identify problems, and articulate solutions.
• Research market offerings, focus on member experience, and ensure product viability.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

Required: High school diploma/GED, healthcare experience, project management experience.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, project management experience, Six Sigma certification.

Skills

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Experience in presentations, critical thinking, problem assessment, and communication.

Additional Details

Travel: 0-25%. Position is office-based. Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally. Adheres to compliance and privacy standards. Salary range: $57,700 - $107,800.
