Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit's business owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities to focus on delivering desired results. Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed. Communicate regularly with customers regarding issues or concerns. Responsibilities include:

• Manage projects, analyze data for business insights, and lead initiatives to meet objectives.
• Research and develop new pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP services or programs, evaluating feasibility and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and guidelines, monitoring changes in legislation and industry trends.
• Provide analytic support, develop models and forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders on business strategies.
• Translate business needs into detailed requirements and specifications for applications and enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product and program designs, ensuring quality, financial, and regulatory standards are met. Develop standardized processes and continuous improvement methods.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and test solutions to problems.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, managing projects and resolving complex issues.
• Develop business solutions, conduct problem-solving sessions, and promote performance excellence.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels, and research competitive offerings to enhance market positioning.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required: Healthcare and Project Management experience
• Preferred: Project Management

Skills:

• Advanced MS Office skills, excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem assessment skills.

Additional Details:

Travel: 0-25%

Position: Office-based, occasional travel, physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds.

Salary Range: $57,700 - $107,800, based on experience and location.
