Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit business owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities, monitor progress, and perform corrective actions as needed. Communicate effectively with customers and perform research, project management, compliance monitoring, data analysis, and strategic planning to support the business unit.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects to meet business objectives and analyzing data for process improvements.
• Developing new pharmacy services or programs, evaluating feasibility, and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies, monitoring legislative changes, and industry trends.
• Providing analytic support, developing predictive models, and translating insights into strategies.
• Understanding business needs, translating into requirements, and supporting application development and enhancements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implementing product designs, ensuring quality, financial, and regulatory standards.
• Analyzing data and business processes to support program oversight and improvements.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing small to medium projects.
• Resolving escalated issues and developing solutions to meet goals.

Education:
