Job Summary:

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit's owners, stakeholders, and management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities, monitor progress, and communicate regularly with customers. Responsibilities include:

1. Manage projects, analyze data for business insights, and lead initiatives to meet objectives.
2. Research and develop new pharmacy services or programs, evaluating feasibility and implementation.
3. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and industry trends.
4. Provide analytic support, develop predictive models, and translate insights into strategies.
5. Collaborate to understand business needs, define requirements, and support applications and change requests.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Implement product designs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and develop standardized processes.
• Analyze data and business processes, support program oversight, and improve practices.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium projects.
• Resolve escalated issues, develop solutions, and promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels and articulate problems and solutions.
• Research competitive offerings and focus on member experience and product viability.

Education:

• Required: High school diploma / GED
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Required: Healthcare experience, Project Management experience
• Preferred: Project Management

Other Details:

Pay Range: $57,700 - $107,800. Additional details on compliance, confidentiality, and legal standards are included.
