Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

Work with the Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP Business Unit Business Owners, Stakeholders, and Management to achieve growth objectives. Organize and coordinate activities, monitor progress, and communicate regularly with customers. Responsible for:

  • Managing projects, analyzing data for process improvements.
  • Developing new Pharmacy Medicaid/DSNP services or programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Providing analytic support, developing predictive models.
  • Collaborating to understand business needs, translating them into requirements and system specifications.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementing product/program designs, ensuring quality and compliance, developing processes, and measuring performance.
  • Analyzing data and business processes, supporting multiple areas, and making decisions for improvements.
  • Working with multidisciplinary teams, managing projects, and resolving complex issues.
  • Developing solutions to meet goals, conducting problem-solving sessions, and promoting continuous improvement.
  • Communicating effectively across organizational levels, identifying problems, and articulating solutions.
  • Researching and developing competitive pharmacy benefit offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education:
  • Required: High school diploma / GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience:
  • Required: Healthcare experience, Project Management experience
  • Preferred: Project Management
Licenses or Certifications:
  • Required: None
  • Preferred: Six-Sigma
Skills:
  • Advanced MS Office experience
  • Experience with presentations, critical thinking, pattern analysis, problem assessment, and communication skills
Additional Details:

Travel: 0-25%

Position: Office-based, some travel, physical demands as specified.

Pay Range: $57,700 - $107,800
