Job summary

Singing River Pascagoula Hospital is seeking a Medication Adherence Liaison to ensure patients receive the correct medications with properly labeled prescriptions. The role requires adherence to pharmacy standards and strong patient, clinician, and staff relationships.

Under supervision of a licensed pharmacist, the candidate should be reliable, professional, and a clear communicator, able to work in a close-knit team and maintain high patient quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy.
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred (PTCB or NHA).
• 3–5 years' experience; 5–8 years preferred as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patients receive the correct medication and properly package and label prescriptions.
• Maintain compliance with the MS Board of Pharmacy and applicable accrediting bodies.
• Build strong relationships with patients, clinicians and pharmacy staff.
