Pennington Apothecary is seeking a Patient Liaison to connect the pharmacy, providers, and patients, ensuring timely processing and dispensing of prescribed medications. The role blends clinical knowledge, communication, and sales acumen to coordinate benefits and access issues.

You will develop relationships with prescribers and insurers, promote services, and support patient enrollment and outcomes with strong customer service and independent work capabilities.

Competenze

• Requires strong communication with healthcare professionals and patients.
• Experience in a health care setting or specialty pharmacy is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and prior authorization processes is desired.
• Experience as pharmacy technician is highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Serve as a liaison between specialty pharmacies, prescribers, and insurance providers to ensure access to prescribed medications.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and drive growth.
• Focus on sales/marketing to promote services and secure provider referrals.
• Utilize sales strategies to expand market presence and awareness among stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain frequent communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies to resolve issues.
• Coordinate with providers and specialty pharmacies to improve patient turnaround times.

• Leverage marketing tactics to promote services and increase patient engagement.
