Azend Pharma in Cranford, NJ, is seeking a Patient Liaison for our specialty pharmacy to connect the pharmacy, providers, and patients. You will help with prescription clarifications, benefits coordination, and access issues, while supporting timely processing and dispensing of medications.

You will build relationships with prescribers and insurers, promote the pharmacy’s services, and drive referrals. The role blends clinical knowledge with sales and organizational skills to improve patient

Competenze

• Health care setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and patient care standards.
• Familiarity with pharmacy terminology and prior authorization processes.
• Pharmacy technician experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication and ability to build rapport with professionals and patients.
