Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers in Georgia seeks a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to enhance patient access to medications. You will coordinate benefits investigation, prior authorizations, copay assistance, and refills, supporting clinicians and patients across PIHC locations.

Under supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge, you will ensure accurate documentation, HIPAA compliance, and timely communication with patients, providers, and plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician in good standing with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
• 2-4 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail setting with pharmacy insurance navigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIHC Pharmacy liaison to assigned PIHC Clinic team for medication access questions.
• Screen and coordinate medication assistance opportunities for patients.
• Enroll and process manufacturer and disease-based patient assistance programs.
