Job summary

Positive Impact Health Centers Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to support patient access to medications at our GA clinics. You will coordinate benefits, prior authorizations, and appeals while ensuring HIPAA compliance and quality customer service.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail pharmacy experience, familiarity with PAPs, and proficiency with Cerner EMR and Pioneer Rx Fill. GA licensure is required; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacy technician in good standing with the Georgia Board of Pharmacy.
• 2–4 years of pharmacy technician experience in a retail setting with pharmacy insurance navigation and various medication assistance programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIHC Pharmacy liaison to assigned PIHC Clinic team and field questions related to patient medication access.
• Screen, apply and coordinate medication assistance programs for patients.
• Enroll and coordinate paperwork for manufacturer and disease-based assistance programs.
